How do I create an account on Posterprintshop?
You create an account at the same time you place an order with us. In the first step of normal checkout is the "Information" screen. At the top, you'll see a checkbox to "Create account". Select this option and set a password to create an account in our system. Now your orders will be saved for easy retrieval and re-orders in the future.
Important note: if you bypass the normal checkout by using an Express Payment method (such as Paypal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay), then you are bypassing the account system entirely, and an account will not be created. Keep in mind that people typically use express payment methods for speed of checkout and to bypass account creation steps. If you want to create an account in our system, do not use an Express Payment method button from the cart or from the top of the checkout information screens. Be sure to go through the normal checkout routine shown above to create your account.
Express Payment Methods

Note that you can still pay with Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay with normal checkout, simply go through the regular checkout steps, providing address information and choosing shipping methods, and you'll see Paypal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay presented as payment options in the 3rd step of checkout as regular payment methods. Proceeding through each step of checkout in this manner will allow you to both create an account and use one of these payments methods. The trick is not clicking on the Paypal, Apple, or Google Express buttons shown earlier in checkout, which bypasses the full checkout routine.
Do I need an account?
An account is not necessary to place orders on Posterprintshop. You can always checkout as a guest. However, having an account provides these additional benefits:
Points & Rewards: with an account, you earn 1 point per dollar spent. When you reach 500 points, you can redeem those points for $50 off a future order. You can learn more about Points and Rewards under HELP in our main menu.
Easy Reorders: with an account, you have access to your complete order history, where you can see your past orders, get copies of invoices, and place an easy re-order of the same order with the 'order again' button.
Order History and Tracking: Under your account you'll see a complete list of past orders for history and tracking purposes.
Order Status & Tracking
You can track the current status of your order, including finding shipment tracking numbers, by using the Order Status feature under HELP in our main menu. You do not need an account to use Order Tracking.
I didn't create an account but now I want one.
No worries, you can create an account after checking out by following this link: https://posterprintshop.com/create-account/. Enter the email address you used on your order to create the account, and your past order(s) will then be assigned to it. You can then log in to the account and place reorders from the Orders screen under My Account.
Can I create an account before placing an order?
You cannot create an account in the system until you place an order, as accounts are assigned to orders, so there is no need for an account in the system without an order to go with it.
