Shipment Confirmation
When your order ships, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email that will have your carrier and tracking #, which can be used to track the progress of your shipment.
Order Tracking
If you can't find your shipping or order confirmations, you can always get real time tracking of the status of your order, from printing to shipping and carrier tracking using the Track Order link at the top of every page on our website. Simply enter your order # and email address to get this information.
That is the best way to stay up to date on the progress of your order.
Arrives By Date
When you checked out on our site, you were shown a list of shipping methods with a quoted "arrives by" date for each. This is the date you should expect your shipment, unless you chose USPS, in which case this date is approximate and usually met, but can still take a few days longer. You can find your "arrives by" date on your order confirmation and shipment confirmation as well as the Order Tracking page mentioned above.
If it is significantly past your "arrives by" date and the carrier tracking link doesn't show movement for a very long period of time, please contact us so we can investigate.
