Customers agree to the following Terms & Conditions of sale before placing an order.

Refunds & Exchanges

There are no refunds or exchanges for custom printed orders from Posterprintshop, as the materials have been expended to manufacture your custom print. If an issue or error has occurred resulting in a print that is significantly different than the image, size or media ordered, we will work with you to resolve it, including sending replacement prints when appropriate. However, if customer has made a mistake with media type, size, or errors in design, customer warrants they have reviewed the order before checkout and Posterprintshop cannot refund or reprint orders for customer mistakes. To qualify for a refund or reprint, Customer must submit an issue report with photos showing the order received is different in size or media type than the item specifications shown on the order confirmation and packing list.

Changes & Cancellations

To maintain our rush processing services, orders are sent to production almost immediately after being placed. An order cannot be changed or cancelled unless we are contacted within 30 minutes of placing the order by telephone at 833-734-6755. If production has begun, there may be a change fee to change the order. Be sure to double check your order before submitting it.

Mounting, Framing & Lamination

Customer understands Posterprintshop does not mount or frame prints, including canvases, and that all orders are shipped rolled in a protective tube for finishing by the customer. We do not provide lamination services, all of our media is durable and UV resistant, if lamination is needed for a specific purpose, you can have the prints laminated at a local framing or hobby shop after you receive them.

Installation / Special Projects / Adhesive Media

Posterprintshop recommends professional installation of any cling or adhesive media types. Posterprintshop is not liable for any issues or damages that occur with installation of media or media not performing as expected. For this reason we recommend professional installation as installers are typically familiar with media or take responsibility for special projects. For DIY projects, we recommend ordering a smaller print on the media you are interested in as a test before placing a larger order. Customer understands that all of our media types are high quality brand name products used in hundreds of successful applications, and that Posterprintshop is not responsible if the media does not work for your installation or project, as customer has been requested to test the media before placing a larger order.

Customer Understands the Order & Approved the Layout

By completing checkout, you warrant that:

  • You understand the media type you are ordering by having read it’s description, intended uses and viewed the sample pictures of the media type showing it’s appearance. Posterprintshop is not responsible for customer assumptions on how a media type will work for their application.

  • You understand that white does not print on any media. If you have a special project that requires white ink, contact us for a special quote and order setup. If you submit a file with white areas without making arrangements for white ink, white areas will not be printed.

  • If using our Online Order Wizard or Design Tool, you have viewed the proof shown on screen and made available for download and are 100% comfortable with the layout of your image as designed, which could include white space or borders if you have not resized or cropped the image as shown in the Order Wizard. A downloadable proof is available to view your output before continuing with the order.

  • Customer understands that Posterprintshop does not alter, retouch, or edit uploaded photos and customer understands they will be receiving a print based on the image uploaded, including it’s quality level, which is viewable in the downloadable proof. Customer understands that if a blurry print is used as the source image, it will result in a blurry print. Customer acknowledges they have studied their source file and understand the resolution necessary to print at larger sizes, by following our File Preparation tips and Image Quality Check.

Trim & Borders

Customer understands that all prints are from large format rolled media and not from pre-cut or standard size sheets. Prints are cut with large format cutters that make it difficult to achieve precise fractional measurements. A 1/8" to 1/4" tolerance is considered acceptable in large format printing in either direction, prints may arrive with a slight white edge or a sliver of media cut off in any direction because of the nature of large format trimming. Customer understands if precise print sizes are necessary for matting or framing, it is suggested to order a slightly larger size print or add a border to allow excess material for your application, which can be trimmed off when you receive the print.

Shipping & Handling

Posterprintshop is not the delivery service. Your order will be delivered by the carrier you choose during checkout.

Customer Provided Shipping Address

Customer warrants they are familiar with how USPS and UPS handle deliveries to the shipping address provided and will be available to receive the package if necessary.

Posterprintshop is not responsible for missed delivery attempts or exceptions. Customer warrants they have provided the full and complete shipping address for the order, including company names, suite, apartment or building #'s. If any of this information is missing and the carrier returns the package as undeliverable due to missing information, it is the customer's responsibility to make payment for shipping the order again.

Delivery Instructions

Posterprintshop cannot process special delivery requests or notes for special handling at addresses, as we are not the carrier. Carriers are not responsible for instructions to leave packages in certain locations or look for the recipient on delivery.

Arrival Dates

Posterprintshop will ship your order to arrive by the “arrives by” date quoted next to the shipping method you choose. Your quoted arrives by date is also found on your order confirmation. For express shipping methods, if the carrier misses the date, we will work with the carrier to refund your shipping charges if they missed the delivery date due to an issue under their control. Note that guaranteed delivery dates and times may be waived by the carriers for acts of god and weather. You can find notices for weather related delays on the carrier website and in your tracking.

Although the quoted "arrives by" date for standard shipping methods is typically accurate, standard shipping is not guaranteed. If you need your order to arrive by a specific date, choose an Express Shipping method.

For Standard Shipping methods, customer understands that:

  • USPS Priority Mail and USPS Ground Advantage are standard, low cost shipping method and not the best choice when speed or accurate tracking is a priority.

  • Priority Mail used for shipping poster tubes is not the same as normal one and two day Priority Mail and that it will take up to the ‘arrives by’ date for the order to arrive. **

  • USPS tracking could be inaccurate for USPS expected delivery dates.

  • USPS tracking may not update even though an order has shipped (USPS often shows ‘label printed’ even after a package has left our facility.

  • For express orders placed with UPS as the carrier, the 'arrives by' date and time are accurate and guaranteed unless UPS announces a weather incident or other unforeseen delay where they are not honoring time commitments. This is rare, but out of our control.

  • ** For standard orders placed with USPS shipping, customer understands the "arrives by" date is an estimate quoted by USPS for poster tubes, that 90% of orders arrive by this date, but in rare cases an order can take up to 21 business days to arrive via USPS, and your order is not considered lost or late until after 21 business days following shipment.

  • Standard shipping "arrives by" dates are not guaranteed.

In all cases and for all shipping methods, customer understands the “arrives by” date given in the checkout routine and shown on the order confirmation is the expected delivery date for all orders, and customer agrees they have been presented with the arrives by date and are selecting a method and date that works for their needs before completing checkout.

Customer has been advised to choose an Express Shipping method if an order is expected by a certain date and that Posterprintshop is not responsible, nor can refunds be given, if a Standard Shipping "arrives by" date is missed.
