Adding additional prints to an order or combining shipping on orders that have already been placed.

In special situations we can work with you to combine the shipping on two orders that have already been placed and refund the shipping on one of the orders.

Can I add more prints to an order already placed?

Unfortunately we cannot add to or edit orders that have already been placed. Once you've placed an order, it is finalized and has been sent to production. If you need to add more prints, you'll need to place a new order with the additional prints, choose shipping, and checkout with the new order.

When can you combine orders?

If you place an additional order soon after the first one, we can try to work with you to combine the orders into one shipment and refund the shipping on the second order. To be eligible to do this;

  • First place the second order, choose shipping method, checkout and pay, and get the order #.

  • Contact us via phone or Live Chat with both order #s that you want to combine into one shipment, asking to combine them. If the orders have not shipped yet, we will work to catch them and combine them into one shipment and refund the shipping on one of the orders.

  • Note that orders are sent into production 24/7, but customer service is not available for this request after hours or on weekends. If you are requesting this during off hours, you may not receive a response until business hours. Leave your request in Live Chat and customer service will respond when they return.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Combining multiple orders into one shipment and refunding shipping costs from the additional order(s) is a courtesy because this is a manual and laborious task. When notified of the request and order #'s, we will attempt to combine them for you, but this cannot be guaranteed if the orders have already been packaged.

As this is a courtesy, please avoid repeatedly asking to combine orders already placed, as we cannot always guarantee it will be accomplished. Instead, please try to order all of your prints on one order.
