Posterprintshop specializes in rush printing and shipping and pride ourselves in having the fastest print and ship delivery turnaround in the industry. We all remember the "good old days" of Fedex stating "when you absolutely have to have it overnight" and their service level guarantee. Unfortunately, the global Covid-19 pandemic strained the carriers and caused them to lift these guarantees. Strangely, even though Covid has subsided, the carriers have not re-instated their money back guarantees, with the exception of Next Day Air from UPS. (see below).

While 99% of the time the quoted "arrives by" date given on checkout will be met, there are rare occasions where UPS or USPS might miss this date, and this is out of our control. Neither carrier is honoring service level guarantees nor offering refunds if a delivery time and date is missed.

You agree when you checkout that we are not liable for any missed delivery date or time and that there are no refunds from Posterprintshop or the carrier if a delivery date is missed. Refunds or reshipments are offered only if a package has not arrived within 7 days of it's quoted 'arrives by' date.

UPS Next Day Air

UPS has re-instated their money back guarantee for Next Day Air packages only. If they miss a quoted 'arrives by' date for a next day air package that is not weather related (see below), you can contact us to verify they missed the delivery and we will work with UPS to get your shipping charges refunded. Note that only the shipping charges are refundable, in no situation is UPS or Posterprintshop liable to reimburse more than the price paid for shipping nor the cost of printing. 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select and Ground do not have service level or money back guarantees at this time.

Weather

UPS and USPS state that if a delay is caused due to an weather situation at any of their regional hubs or local distribution centers, they waive any service level or money back guarantee.

Tracking / Contacting the Carrier

You are provided official tracking numbers from both UPS and USPS for all shipments and are always encouraged to contact the carrier directly for any concerns or questions about package delivery or delays, as they will have the most up to date information about what is happening with your package.

Thank you for understanding that Posterprintshop is not the carrier and we do everything possible to ensure your prints are delivered on time. Although it's extremely rare, like any industry, unforeseen situations can occur, despite our best efforts!
