How do I reset my password?

If you have forgotten your password or can't log in to your account, don't worry, you can request a 'reset password' link that will be sent to your email address. When you receive that email, you can click on the link inside the email to reset your password to a new one that you'll remember.

Lost Password Link

The easiest place to find the "Lost your password?" link is from the account login screen. You can find this screen by clicking on the account icon (the person circle in the top right corner of every screen.). Click on the person icon to bring up the account login screen. On this screen you'll see the login form requesting your email and password. If you can't login here, simply request a password link by clicking on the "Forgot Password" link. This will take you to a form to enter the email address on your account. Enter your email address and press the 'reset password' button. This will generate an email that will be sent to the email address provided with a link. Click on the link in that email to be taken back to our site to reset your password.

No account?

If you don't have a valid account under that email address, you'll receive an error and no link will be sent. Ensure you have created an account with that email address in the past. If you haven't, you can simply checkout with a new order and choose to create an account when placing your next order, and then an account will be created.
