Troubleshooting site issues.

Although we receive hundreds of orders per day without issue, on rare ocassions you might experience a glitch or issue with the site. Here are the most common problems and how to solve them so that you can get your order placed!

Quick Steps

This is a quick checklist of steps to follow that resolve 99% of any issues you might experience. You can read more details about these issues after the Quick Steps.

Browser

Chrome and Safari are supported with Chrome being the preferred browser. Firefox, Edge and Internet Explorer are not supported and can cause issues. If you're using an unsupported browser, please revisit the site with Chrome.

Desktop / Tablet / Mobile

While our site does work and orders can be placed from mobile devices, it can be complex handling the various file types we support, large files, and configuring prints on a smaller screen. We recommend transferring your files to a desktop and ordering from a computer.

Browser Cache

Ocassionaly code can become corrupt or old in your browser, especially if you've navigated around the site for an extended period of time or days. Clearing your browser cache fixes many issues, especially with checkout. Click on the POSTERPRINTSHOP logo in the top left corner to return to our home page, then press CTRL-R (Windows) or CMD-R (Mac) to force a reload of the page and clear the cache. Then try your order again.

VPN / Security Extensions / Ad Blockers / Incognito

Our site uses complex code in order to handle the large file uploads necessary for ordering poster prints and keeping track of your upload throughout the order. VPN's, security extensions, ad blockers and being in Incognito or a Privacy mode can interfere with that code and prevent files from uploading or displaying. We recommend disabling any VPN and extensions and browse the site in a normal window for best results. We do not use site or visit tracking, ad tracking, nor share your data with 3rd parties.
